COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE

In accordance with the State of California’s Safer at Home order and guidelines released by the CDC, our distribution center is operating at a limited capacity effective March 20, 2020. You can still make a purchase from our shop online, but there may be a slight delay in getting your order shipped out. Please allow up to five (5) business days for your order to be shipped 

We are also unable to provide expedited shipping during this timeWe appreciate your patience and understanding.  

GROUND SHIPPING 

BC Footwear is happy to offer free ground shipping throughout the continental United States. Once your order has been placed, it will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. We will be sure to notify you with your tracking information once your shoes have been shipped.

    SHIPPING TO ALASKA, HAWAII, and PUERTO RICO
    We offer various shipping methods to these areas. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    We are unable to ship to international addresses at this time.

    P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES
    We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses at this time.

    FREIGHT FORWARDING
    For your protection, we require verbal verification from all customers who wish to use a freight forwarding service. After placing your order, you will be contacted by our customer service department via email and be asked to call us back during business hours to verify your purchase. Please be advised we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. 

    YOUR SHIPPING STATUS
    Tracking information will not be available until your order has left our distribution center. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please note it may take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to become available.

    FAILED DELIVERIES AND RETURNED PACKAGES
    If we are unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address or multiple failed attempts to reach you, and the package is rerouted back to us, BC Footwear cannot be responsible for the re-shipment costs.

    LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
    BC Footwear cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

    ORDERS OVER $300
    Please note for shipments over $300 we may reach out to ask if you require a signature upon delivery. 

    FRAUD PREVENTION
    We take every precaution to secure your data. Any order placed with a shipping address that does not match the billing address is subject to verification prior to processing your order.
